I’m a Guidance Officer who loves to write. Or, maybe, I’m a writer who loves to help people. Either way, I love writing. I’ve been a novelist for about a decade but have been a poet since I was a child. I love sharing my work, even more than that, I love when people relate to my writing or just plain enjoy it (which writer doesn’t?).
I live in Trinidad and Tobago and am a bit spoilt with the Caribbean life of sunshine, beaches, great food and parties. Great food is probably an understatement since my people love flavor (in all things) and our bellies. So, if you’re ever in my section of the world try everything from our doubles to our bake and shark, get some oysters on your drive to/from the beach, and then, maybe, top it all off with a snow-cone or local ice-cream.
My husband is my best pal and together we have seven children – two humans, four dogs and a cat. I have been forbidden from adding anymore to the list (sidenote: I was forbidden before we got the cat and fourth puppy).
